If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items purchased must be returned to its original place of purchase i.e. products purchased in-store can only be returned in-store with proof of purchase. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Please note that exchanges and refunds are not permitted for products that are on sale for 50% off or more unless required by law.
Online purchases may be returned to our store, but $8 will be retained due to the shipping cost for your initial order. If you come for an exchange, this $8 fee will be waived. For returns done via Rapido, a $15 dollar fee will be charged to you.
Returned items must be in unworn and in its original packaging, including any accessories, and/or tags.
For overseas orders, all returns and shipping costs incurred in the returns shall be borne by the customer unless the item received is incorrect. Please contact us at email@example.com before returning the item.
Sale items can be returned as long as they are in brand new condition. Same rules apply. A restocking fee would be applicable depending on the item.
Returns made without a receipt may be refused. Limited Edt reserves the right to deny any return.
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

Complete delivery address

Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.
Limited Edt is not held responsible for any refund shortages for orders placed outside of Singapore due to the daily fluctuations of exchange rates.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS
In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
Gift card sales are final. Gift cards and merchandise credits cannot be redeemed for cash
