Yes we do. All international orders will be shipped via DHL express and should take an average of 3-5 working days to reach you after we have completed processing your order.
Once we are ready for DHL pickup, you will receive an email from DHL informing you of the pickup information as well as the tracking number of your package.

Local orders – Ninja Van will make 2 more attempts to have your package delivered to you. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts, your package will be sent back to us. Alternatively, you may wish to have your item left outside your unit or at the guard post. Please be advised that we will not be liable for any loss or damage.
International orders – please arrange with your local DHL office for redelivery.
Custom duties and/or taxes are not included in the shipping charges and would therefore be borne by you, if the need arises. Please contact your local customs office for more information on such charges.
Such charges are borne by you and will have to be paid before your package can be released. Please be advised that these charges are not within our control. Any costs incurred resulting from your item(s) being returned to us due to failure to make payment will be borne by you. Any balance will then be credited back to your account within 7-14 working days.
All local orders enjoy free delivery with a minimum purchase of S$99, otherwise a delivery fee of S$5 will be incurred.
