ABOUT
The LIMITED EDT VIP membership is a rewards program that allows members to earn points for every dollar spent, along with access to a host of special and exclusive privileges and benefits.
To qualify for VIP status, you must register for an account and accumulate a minimum spend of $1500 within 6 months. Once you reach this threshold, you will be placed under Pause Level and receive an email with instructions to complete the verification process and officially become a VIP member.
Additional details:
- There is no restriction on the type of products purchased.
- For footwear, purchases must be within your registered size range, with a tolerance of ±0.5 size.
Example: If your usual size is US9, purchases of US8.5, US9, or US9.5 are eligible.
Duplicate items are not permitted for qualification purposes.

VIP membership is designed to reward your loyalty while giving you access to unique experiences and benefits unavailable to non-members.
The VIP membership is valid for life!
To keep your VIP status active, simply spend S$200 or more within each calendar year.
If you do not meet this requirement, your VIP status will become INACTIVE until you qualify again.
POINTS
Once you reach the minimum spend of S$1500 within 6 months, you will be placed under Pause Level and receive an email from us with instructions on how to complete the verification process to upgrade to VIP status.
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent at any of our stores or online. For example, if you spend $159, you will receive 159 points.
Points can be earned on most item purchases; however, please note the following conditions:
- Footwear purchases must be within your registered size range.
For example, if your registered size is US 9, only footwear purchased within US 8.5 to US 9.5 will be eligible for points accrual. - Duplicate models are not eligible for points (applies to all categories).
Duplicate means the exact same model code.
Different colours (with different colour codes) are allowed and will earn points.
Example:
If you buy 2 pairs of Nike Dunk Low with the exact same model code, only 1 pair will earn points.
If you buy Nike Dunk Low in Black and Nike Dunk Low in White, and they have different colour codes, both pairs will earn points.
Same rule applies to apparel and accessories—exact same style code = no points on duplicates. - To earn points, you must present your VIP member card or E-Card upon purchase.
Yes! Just log in using the same email registered to your VIP membership, and points will be automatically accrued.
The same points rules that apply in-store also apply online, and both systems are fully synced. This means if you have already earned points for an item in-store, purchasing the same exact model code online will not earn points again — and vice versa.
You can redeem points to offset the cost of your next purchase. Points are converted at the following rate:
- 20 points = S$1
Example: If you have 2,000 points and choose to redeem 400 points, you can offset S$20 on your next purchase.
Redeeming your points is simple:
- In-Store: Present your VIP member card or E-card at the counter during checkout. Tell our staff how many points you would like to redeem, and the equivalent dollar value will be applied to your purchase.
- Online: Log in to your VIP account and go to the Rewards Widget. Click the Redeem button to apply your points. Please note that only one voucher can be used per transaction.
Notes:
- Points are redeemed at a rate of 20 points = $1.
No, your points do not have an expiration date.
If your VIP status becomes INACTIVE because the minimum spend requirement was not met within a year, your points will remain intact. However, you will not be able to enjoy the associated VIP benefits and privileges until your status is reactivated.
It is recommended to always bring your VIP member card.
However, you can still earn points by showing your E-card via the Rewards Widget to the cashier at the time of purchase.
Please note that your identity will need to be verified before points can be added.
Unfortunately, points cannot be added retroactively once payment has been completed and the transaction is finalized.
To ensure you earn points, please present your VIP member card or E-card before completing your purchase.

MEMBER RESERVATION/BALLOT
Visit vip.limitededt.com whenever there are member online reservation/ballots.
Please note that only your registered size range will be reflected. Should your size range not be shown on the product, it means that we don't have the particular size available.
If your reservation/ballot is successful, you will receive an email notification.
If your reservation or ballot has been selected, you will receive a winning confirmation email.
For reservations, you will not be notified.
For ballots, you will be notified via email should your ballot entry not be successful. The temporary hold on the funds will then be released into your account.
No. Members have to personally pick up their reserved/balloted pairs and product their member cards prior to collection.
Should you be unable to pickup your pair during the stipulated date, please email us at vipmember@limitededt.com
Members who fail to pick up their reserved or balloted items will face a 6-month suspension of reservation privileges.
If you are unable to collect your reserved items, please contact us in advance at vipmember@limitededt.com to inform us.
Selecting your preferred location does not guarantee availability.
If the item is out of stock at your chosen location, the system will automatically assign a location where the item is available.
MEMBER-EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNT
VIP members enjoy a 10% discount on regular-priced footwear and apparel items, applicable for in-store purchases only. There are no size restrictions and no limit on the number of items, and duplicate models are allowed. The discount does not apply to accessories, sale items, or products under specific exclusions
The 10% VIP discount does not apply to certain items, including:
- Sale items
- Accessories
- Online purchases
- Any member ballot/reservations
- Jordan Retro models
- Kobe FW and apparel items
- New Balance MADE
- New Balance 2000
- New Balance 2010
- Any collaboration items
- Hype/“hot” releases (as determined per post)
- Nett-priced items (as determined per post)
- Special/VAULT Room items
If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible, our staff can confirm it for you at the counter.
Your 10% VIP discount is automatically applied at the counter for eligible regular-priced footwear and apparel purchased in-store. Simply present your VIP membership, and our staff will ensure the discount is applied.
Please note: while you can purchase multiple items or duplicate models, the accrual of VIP points will only apply to items within your registered size.
No. The VIP discount cannot be combined with other promotions or sale items. It is valid only as a standalone discount on eligible regular-priced footwear and apparel purchased in-store.
Unfortunately, the VIP discount applies to in-store purchases only. Online orders are not eligible for the 10% discount.
BIRTHDAY MONTH DISCOUNT
During your birthday month, VIP members are entitled to a 20% discount on regular-priced items only, valid for both in-store and online purchases. Exclusions apply.
In-Store:
- Valid for one-time use only during your birthday month.
- Applicable to up to 3 unique items.
- You may visit multiple stores within the same day you redeem your discount.
- No size restrictions for item selection.
- Points accrual applies only to items within your registered size.
- Duplicate models are not allowed.
Online:
- Applicable to up to 3 unique items per order, excluding shipping fees and bags.
- No duplicate models.
- Points accrual applies only to items within your registered size.
- The discount code is valid for one-time use only during your birthday month.

CARD MATTERS
No. Each member is allowed only one membership card / account.
Having multiple cards can cause confusion with points, rewards, and VIP benefits. If a member is found to hold multiple cards, all cards will be confiscated and their VIP benefits and privileges will be revoked.
Please ensure you keep your VIP card safe and use only your registered account to enjoy your benefits.
No. The VIP membership is strictly non-transferable and may not be shared with anyone.
Any member found doing so will have their VIP benefits and privileges suspended or revoked.
Physical cards are no longer issued. If your card is lost or damaged, you can simply use your E-card via the Rewards Widget to access your VIP benefits, earn points, and redeem rewards.
It is recommended to always have your VIP member card with you.
However, you can still earn points by showing your E-card via the Rewards Widget to the cashier at the time of purchase.

ACCOUNT MATTERS
Once you reach the minimum spend of S$1500 within 6 months, you will be placed under Pause level and receive an email from us with instructions on how to complete the verification process to upgrade to VIP status.
Only physical receipts dated on or before 31st July 2022 will be accepted for VIP membership tracking.
For purchases made after this date, all transactions must be recorded in your member account to be eligible for points and VIP status.
Additionally, you must present your E-card so the cashier can scan the QR code to track your purchase.
You can update your registered shoe size by visiting CHAMBER @ Wisma to have your feet re-measured.
Please note that shoe size can only be changed once.
