ABOUT
It is a membership program that rewards VIP members with every dollar spent, along with a host of special and exclusive privileges and benefits.
A minimum spend of S$1500 within 6 months.
While there is no restriction on the type of products, footwear purchases however, should be in your own size only, with a +/- half size laxity. ie If your usual shoe size is a US9, footwear purchases of size US8.5, US9 and US9.5 are valid for application.
Do also note that duplicate items are not permitted
Once you've reaching the minimum spend of S$1500 within a span of 6 months, you will receive an email from us with some instructions on verification.
The VIP membership is valid for life!
To keep your VIP status active, simply spend S$200 or more each calendar year. If you dont meet this, your VIP status will become INACTIVE until you qualify again.
POINTS
Once you've reaching the minimum spend of S$1500 within a span of 6 months, you will receive an email from us with some instructions on verification.
Every dollar spent online or at any of our stores earns you 1 point. eg if you spent S$159, you will earn 159 points.
Points can be accrued on any items purchased however, do take note of the following:
- footwear purchases have to be in your registered size range. i.e If your registered size is US9, purchases within the size range of US8.5 - US9.5 will be valid for points accrual.
- duplicate items are not permitted
Yes! Simply log in to your account (the email address has to correspond with email address used for your VIP membership) and points for your online purchases will be automatically accrued.
You may redeem points to offset your next purchase. Every 20 points = $1
eg. You have 2000 points and would like to redeem 400 points. On your next purchase, you will be able to offset $20.
Please note that footwear purchase have to be within your registered size range, and that duplicate items are not permitted.
Yes. You may able to redeem it via REWARDS widget under Redeem button. Just take note that only one voucher at a time can use.
There is no expiration date for your points. If your status becomes INACTIVE because you haven’t met the minimum spend within a year, your points will remain intact. However, you will not enjoy the associated benefits and privileges until your status is reactivated.
It is advisable to always have your member card with you.
However, you are still able to earn points by producing your e-card in the REWARDS widget to the cashier upon purchase.
Do note that your identity will first need to be verified.
Unfortunately, points cannot be earned once payment has been made and the transaction has completed.
Easy! Simply log in to www.limitededt.com via Rewards widget. You will be able to check on your points balance and purchase history. And if you're on your way to becoming our VIP member, you'll be able to track your current spending as well.
MEMBER RESERVATION/BALLOT
Visit vip.limitededt.com whenever there are member online reservation/ballots.
Please note that only your registered size range will be reflected. Should your size range not be shown on the product, it means that we don't have the particular size available.
If your reservation/ballot is successful, you will receive an email notification.
If your reservation or ballot has been selected, you will receive a winning confirmation email.
For reservations, you will not be notified.
For ballots, you will be notified via email should your ballot entry not be successful. The temporary hold on the funds will then be released into your account.
No. Members have to personally pick up their reserved/balloted pairs and product their member cards prior to collection.
Should you be unable to pickup your pair during the stipulated date, please email us at vipmember@limitededt.com
Members who fail to pick up their reserved/ballot items will face a 6 month suspension.
Should you be unable to collect your reserved/balloted pairs, please contact us at vipmember@limitededt.com to inform us in advance.
Selecting your preferred location is not guarantee. Once the item is not available, it will auto select a location where stock is available.
BIRTHDAY MONTH DISCOUNT
On your birthday month, you will receive an email with a unique discount code. Simply enter this code at Checkout and a 20% discount will be applied on your order.
Please note that this code is valid for 1 time use only and only 3 nett priced items.
On the month of your birthday, drop by any of our stores and be treated to a discount of 20% on any 3 unique nett-priced items.
This discount is valid for 1 day only and can be utilised on any day, at 1 or more branches, during your birth month.
Footwear purchases must be in your registered size.
On top of that, you will also receive a 20% e-voucher on your next online purchase. An email containing a unique discount code* will be sent to you on the first day of your birthday month.
*discount applies to 3 items and on nett-priced items only. Exclusions applies.

CARD MATTERS
No. Each person is permitted only 1 membership card.
Any member found to have more than 1 membership card will have all cards confiscated and his/her benefits and privileges revoked.
No. The VIP membership is strictly non-transferrable and may not be shared with anyone.
Any member caught doing so will have his membership benefits and/or privileges suspended/revoked.
We are no longer issuing physical card, you may use the E-card on the Rewards widget instead.
It is advisable to always have your member card with you.
However, you are still able to earn points by producing your e-card in the Rewards widget to the cashier upon purchase.
Do note that your identity will first need to be verified.
Unfortunately, points cannot be earned once payment has been made and the transaction has completed.
ACCOUNT MATTERS
Once you've reaching the minimum spend of S$1500 within a span of 6 months, you will receive an email from us with some instructions on verification.
Only physical receipts dated on or before 31st July 2022 will be accepted.
Thereafter, all purchases can only be traced in your account.
Yes. You may update and change your size by physically coming down to CHAMBER @ Wisma to re-measure your feet.
Do note that changing of size can only be done once.
