All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Ninja Van. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery.
Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your order will be ready for collection based on when you placed your order:
- Orders placed Monday - Tuesday: ready for pickup Wednesday 6pm onwards.
- Orders placed Wednesday - Thursday: ready for pickup Friday 6pm onwards.
- Orders placed Friday - Sunday: ready for pickup Monday 6pm onwards.
If your pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup your order.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide. Delivery times vary with different countries but in general, DHL Express Worldwide delivers within 3 working days, provided there are no custom delays.
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. Your order status will be updated in your account when orders are processed. (Does not apply to Guest Checkout). Do expect delays during peak season and during special online-only releases.
- At this time, we regret that we can only offer 1 shipping method. Should you wish to use another shipping carrier, please email email@example.com . Shipping rates in this case will vary.
- We are unable to ship to Russia
- A remote area surcharge of SGD36 is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. (Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.)
CUSTOM TAXES AND/OR DUTIES
Customs taxes and/or duties are imposed by your country, not us. It is completely out of our control as to what these charges are and if you will be charged. Please contact your local customs office to find out more before placing your order.
Any costs incurred resulting from your item(s) being returned to us due to failure to make payment will be borne by you. Any balance will then be credited back to your account within 7-14 working days.
