All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Urbanfox. After your order is processed, your order status will be updated in your account (does not apply to Guest Checkout). All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated.

In-store pickup - Due to logistic issues, in-store pickup is only possible from 313@somerset. Once your order is ready for pickup (typically within 1-3 working days), you will be notified by email/via My Account status update.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide. Delivery times vary with different countries but in general, DHL Express Worldwide delivers within 3 working days, provided there are no custom delays.

- We are unable to ship to Russian Federation.
- A remote area surcharge of SGD36 is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. (Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.)
CUSTOM TAXES AND/OR DUTIES
Customs taxes and/or duties are imposed by your country, not us. It is completely out of our control as to what these charges are and if you will be charged. Please contact your local customs office to find out more before placing your order.
Any costs incurred resulting from your item(s) being returned to us due to failure to make payment will be borne by you. Any balance will then be credited back to your account within 7-14 working days.
