Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us for an exchange in its original condition complete with the box and accessories (if any) within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items purchased must be returned to its original place of purchase. Products purchased in-store can only be returned in-store with proof of purchase. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.

An $8 cancellation/restocking fee will be charged for returns. However, should you opt for in-store exchange, this fee will be waived.
Item(s) to be returned must be within 7 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in unworn and in its original packaging, including any accessories, and/or tags.
Do note that a 10% cancellation/restocking fee will be incurred for selected products. These selected products are highlighted in the product description. Read more
For overseas orders, all returns and shipping costs incurred in the returns shall be borne by the customer unless the item received is incorrect.

Return of Sale Items:
Sale items cannot be returned but exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase, subject to availability. .
A restocking fee would be applicable depending on the item.
Please note that exchanges and refunds are not permitted for products that are on sale for 50% or more off its original retail price.
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

- Order number
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Your contact number
Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc).
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products.
Limited Edt is not held responsible for any refund shortages for orders placed outside of Singapore due to the daily fluctuations of exchange rates.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS
In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Any unwanted items after your order has been placed may be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
All gift card sales are final. Gift cards and merchandise credits cannot be redeemed, or exchanged, for cash.
