Delivery:

All local orders are delivered by our appointed courier Rapido. After placing your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. Once it is ready for shipping, you will be notified once again with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 1-2 days working days for delivery.

In-store Pickup:

Store location for collection will be based on which model you purchased and will be shown as an option during checkout. Your order will be ready for collection based on when you placed your order:

Orders placed Monday - Tuesday: ready for pickup Wednesday 6pm onwards.
Orders placed Wednesday - Thursday: ready for pickup Friday 6pm onwards.
Orders placed Friday - Sunday: ready for pickup Monday 6pm onwards.

If your pickup-ready date falls on a public holiday, it will instead be ready the following business day. You have up to one week to come and pickup your order.
